Our Story

Many people have lofty dreams when reaching for their business’ goals, but so many of them fall short due to lack of thorough understanding, lack of skill, or lack of experiential expertise in the areas that matter most. When I established Pastry Per Diem, I set out to make the opportunity to work with an experienced Hospitality industry professional available to businesses of every size; Someone who will teach them the skills and tools they need to set their businesses apart from the competition in ways that customers will notice!

These days there are so many possible directions to take a business in, I want Pastry Per Diem to be a guide towards the best road that fits a businesses’ journey so they don't have to waste time with failure trying to reach their goals. Best of all- no long term employment concerns! No one has to be stressed about figuring out how they are going to afford to incorporate a full-time staff member into their annual budget because through our customizable platform our clients can choose between a wide variety of long or short-term temporary contracts.
